A Christmas Card a Week

I have been following a blog for a long time.
It is Theresa's Crafty Creations.
you can check it out at this link:

Theresa makes a Christmas card a week
(usually 2 of the same design) all year long.
When it comes to the end of the year she has most of her cards done.

This year I gave away a lot of cards as gifts,
so I would like to take up Theresa's card plan.

The first week I made a pop up card but botched the sentiment
and didn't realize it until a friend pointed it out.
So I completed the task but there will be no blog post.

For my second weeks card I used MFT BB Cool Days stamp.

I like the idea of using different colours for Christmas Cards.
These cool tones remind me cold, winter
You cant really see but, there is wink of Stella on the snow and it is very sparkly!
I do have to admit I am very very pleased with the colouring on my scarf!

Here is card number 2, I used the same image but changed up the layout a bit.

again, I am please with the scarf colouring, not as much as the top,
but this is the first one I did.
It is had to see but there is wink of stella on the banner bottom layer
and the snowflakes.

Hope on over to Theresa's blog and check her out!

  1. EEK!!! Lesli!!! I LOOOVE them both!! The colors are awesome and that bear is adorable! Fabulous scene too - Perfect Holiday cards! I'm so happy you shared them! I still think you can share the other one you made but "botched" - The sentiment could be fixed I bet - Remember there are NO MISTAKES in crafting, just happy accidents! :) I know this... because I've got a card scheduled for tomorrow, and I don't like it and was unhappy with it's turn out - I did however "FIX" the error that bugged me the most - So Yup.... it'll be posted whether I want it to or not! hahaha Thank you for sharing these -- I can't wait to see more!! HUGS!

adding pinterest script 3. Changing the Position of the Pin it! button The cool thing about this code is that you have some freedom over where the Pinterest button for Blogger will go over the image. Take a look at the code that you just copied and pasted into the HTML for the word 'center'.
