Lawn Fawn - Seasons Tweetings

Every year my friends and I trade Christmas tags,
as you may have seen in an early post.

I used the Lawn Fawn Season Tweetings to make one of my tags.

I wanted to try to watercolour the birds with Distress Inks

Next step was to die cut the birds and twigs.

There was a lot of pieces all together - that was a lot of colouring & cutting.

Then to make the tags -
I ran them through the big shot with the snow SU folder.
Then stamped my sentiment.

Then assembly. over & over

I changed it up by popping the birds up after a few.

I love the dimension it gives.

Hope you enjoyed them!
Stop by and check out more to be loaded in the next few days.

Lawn Fawn - Cherry Christmas Christmas Cards

Well I started another batch of Christmas cards,
and while I adore there ones,
they are very time consuming!!

I used the Lawn Fawn Cheery Christmas Stamp & Die Set.

I found a layout I likes on Pinterest and gave it my own spin.

First it was colouring all stamped images, then cutting them out with dies.
I needed 3 strings of lights for each card
so there was a lot on running die through for one item.

Then cutting out a blue and  a white background for each item.
The white was then cut again with a stitched rolling hill.

Then assembly.

 times seven.

Then finding background I liked ans lastly,
I used the Glossy Accents for the nose, light bulbs & star.

Once the background was done, I added the bases.

Here as a few of the combinations.

adding pinterest script 3. Changing the Position of the Pin it! button The cool thing about this code is that you have some freedom over where the Pinterest button for Blogger will go over the image. Take a look at the code that you just copied and pasted into the HTML for the word 'center'.
