September Papercraft Business Blog Challenge - Bears

Hello Friends I am back with a
new blog change from Papercraft Business Challenge!!
This month as always you can play along with
Anything goes or you can use the theme Bear!

I used MFT BB Birthday Bears
I adore these bears!!
For papers I actually used some leftovers from
a scrapbook album I am working on.
They were the inspiration for the colour palate!
And don't be scared to use up all of those extras,
you will be double please with yourself!

I used a softer palette as i wanted a contract to the dark bear.

AS ALWAYS I LOVE me detail so I added some
silk thread.  It is so shinny and soft looking!
I layered the bear on stitched circles that I cut
from my Stampin Up dies, I layered those on a doily,
Vintage too boot!! and added a few staples for interest!

Here is my coloured bear & the copic colours I used.
I love my copics!

Here is a look at the stamp set with a few more images that I coloured up.
I tend to colour a bunch at one and run through the Scan N Cut.
I now have a few cards ready to assemble when needed!

Here is the inside of my card -
I stamped near the top to leave lots of room to write.

Here is the complete card again!

I hope you choose to play along with us at
Papercraft Business Challenge Blog

MFT Otterly Love You

Hello All -
I am here to share an anniversary card
I was asked to make for friends who are on their first Anniversary.

I used the MFT stamp Ottery love you.
They live on a lake so I wanted some water incorporated,
and fish don't say love to me! lol
When You open the front cover you see the entire scene.
I added waves, birch trees, inked clouds, added rocks
(as otters in our area are always playing on rocks)
and one fish as they do fish alot!

When you flip open the scene you see the sentiment.

Another photo from another angle!

Thanks for stopping in - I wanted to join the following challenges:

August Challenge at Papercraft Business Challenge!!

Hello friends and welcome back!
I am happy to share the new challenge at Papercraft Design Team
August Challenge - Use Circles!!

When this challenge came up I thought about my Lawn Fawn Sublime
stamp set & nautical round dies but when I went to get it - I realized I had
these donuts that are far too cute!!!

I created some Donuts with Sprinkles - All of the Sprinkle are embossed.
Then I cut oit a large circle for the donut, and a smaller one fore the frosting.
I used my Jilibean Donut stamp for my sentiment -
I forgot to take a picture of the inside - it said, "even birthdays!"
The sentiments are embossed with glitter embossing powder.

I cut a card base that looks like a large 8, this is attached behind the tan donut.
I attached frosting asn then layered the small donuts to the card.
I was going to cut a circle from the center but I was not convinced this was a great idea -
we will see this may happen yet!!

all in all I think it is super cute to deliver with donut for a friends birthday -
after a certain age some people don't like their birthday.
So I will let sprinkle make their day better!!

Adventure Awaits

This photo has to be about 16 - 17 years old -
but has always been a favorite -
It was in my leaving room for years -
then my bedroom & then I just had to scrap it!!!

I can remember this day at a local lake - they would always play on the rocks.
They are watching kayakers start their trip down the river to the rapids.
my favorite part is that its not staged at all - that right there
their personalities still.
In this photo he is about 6 and she just turned 3.
They are now 21 & 18. WOW !

I love to look at old photos and remember those days and moments!!
I am so glad I spend time asn money to scrapbook!!

Well here we have yet another tresure chest layout!!
This was created almost 2 years ago at Crop & Create -
most of the papers at Simple Stores along with a few other item i bought from the vender!

I find themes like this so busy and hard to create!
This seamed to come together -  but it wasn't easy at first!

Thanks for stopping -

Kate Spade Trip

When shopping for purses my mom and I
would always ask my daughter if she wanted one.

She was never interested.

Then one trip with out Nana it happened the first big buy!!!

These are the pics nana got sent to her from the store!

The layout was inspired by a layout Nicole Nowosad created.
I had a kit from Crop & Create where she was teaching and the papers fit so well!
Again this is over a year old - put it is done & I love it still!

National Championships - Cheer

Taylor was on cheer for half a year after the coach - a friend -
needed a tumbler asn my gymnast daughter was what she was looking for
to round out the squad.  Taylor agreed to join, but not
before she talked her BFF Jill into it!!

Low & behold a few months in - they found themselves in Niagra falls
at the National Championships!!
Wow - that was crazy!!!

The background paper here is the cover of the program.
I traced the letters in glitter as that's what cheer is - LOUD BLING!

the line is their team from the program -
there wasn't alot in there,
ads & more ads.

This layout was created AWHILE ago seriously,
but like I said I found a cache of them.

I like to add them all to the blog 'incase' some thing ever happen to them -
I can still look here & family ans friends near and far can see what I make!

We spend hours and $$$ - so I like to share my creations!!
adding pinterest script 3. Changing the Position of the Pin it! button The cool thing about this code is that you have some freedom over where the Pinterest button for Blogger will go over the image. Take a look at the code that you just copied and pasted into the HTML for the word 'center'.
