March Papercraft Business Challenge : Masculine Birthday Card

Hello friends

This month at Papercraft Business Challenge
The theme is Male Birthday - Man or boy

Here is what I came up with

I have had this Apple Blossom stamp for a little bit -
It was gift that I never got around to yet.
What is more masculine that a cold beer
with green & blue?

I used various thickness of pop dots to layer
the bottle, the glass of beer, the caps and
the background elements!

I also used Crystal Effects from Ranger
to make the bottle asn the glass look like glass.
I hand cut all of the elements including the label for the beer.

I used a few circle punches for the caps
to add a bit more detail to the card.

I hope you can play along with us at
Papercraft Business Challenge Blog

This month when your these is masculine birthday you will be entered to win

Joyful Wishes

I am back again today with a another Christmas cards this week.

This year, I am going to try to get more
Christmas cards done though out the year.
One a week may be hard - but I will try to get more done!

Here is this weeks!

The stamp set I used was Mama Elephant - Snowmen Agenda.
The squares are the inserts from a Polaroid frame I was using.
I like them because of the stitching details.

I used Tim Holtz Broken china ink with a cloud die I made.
I used glitter to be the snow base.
The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn - Into the Woods.

I inked the edges of the squares to make them stand out against the  card.

Valentine's Card - MFT Adorable Elephants

Hello Friends -
I was home again today so I had some play time.

I have several coloured images ready to go,
so putting together a card is much easier.

Today I created this cutie.
I had this little elephant from My Favorite Things,
Adorable Elephants on my desk.
I paired it with some paper I had out from
a card I made earlier & it matched well.
A lot of challenges are Love and red so that's what I am going with.

I just love this little guy.
I coloured him up with copics C0, C1, C3, C5, R20 & R22.
The sentiment is Tim Holtz.

One of the challenge sites said layer it up
& we all know how much I love layers -
so this was easy.  It is harder to take photos of the layers.

I used the sketch from a challenge - the layout was easy!

Hog Heaven Card

Hello Friends,
I had a little play time so I scrolled through some
challenge sites, & here is what I came up with.

I had this Pig coloured already in my stash,
He is from My Favorite Things - BB Hog Heaven.

I used the layout from CAS(E).
I have 3 bands of colour on my car,
except I blended them together & spritzed it.

I die cut a circle and inked clouds & grass
so I could incorporate the colours from the Sunday Stamps Challenge.

I popped up the piggy on thicker foam &
the circle is popped up but only a little.
After I completed the blog post I edited the wings to have
some sparkle with Wink of Stella on them.

I wanted to make this card a Valentine's Card
so I added a sentiment that would allow it to gap over for
Valentines or even for Anniversary.

Here is one more peak at the finished card!

Thanks for popping in.
