Card Swap Cards!! Yippee

Hello Friends I wante to share some very beautiful work

St Patrick's Day ....

Well as I attempt to knock off posting the seasons 

& celebrations late with you.

I have to say I have enjoyed all of the creating 

that was not paper related!

Here is a little Luck of the Irish for you - 

I have a few more creations that I didn't photograph - 

so I can share those next year! lol!

 So here is the wall behind the table , again! 

 I added plants and a garland and more coins, 

of course I cant find the photo!! lol 

 A little Gnome & a garland I painted.

I made so many little Leprechaun Gnomes!!

 

 

This little one has to be one  of my Favorites.

Valentines? LOL Oh MY I am late!

As I was sorting out photos and my mess of a craft room,

I was putting away things I used to make Valentines & 

St Patrick's Day & Easter decor.

I shared Easter so here is Valentines! LOL 

Late yes but here we are !

Here is my Table and Shelf behind the table.

 I has this little stand from a local shop for years 

and tried different displays on it, 

but had never tried in on my table - well 

I love it there!!

 I love my new General Store sign,

I got me to change up the kitchen wall and make it lighter.

I also love to change decor for seasons - 

so here we go~

 This is my sink in the corner - 

I hate it there - but that's where it is - 

I should have thought about moving it before we put new windows in - 

oh well!  Hubby made me a higher ledge behind so at least my decor

stands out a bit.

 I went a little Gnome crazy in February!! lol 

ans this is just the beginning!

Here is what I created in 3 days!! 

yep I went nuts!  I did however sell almost all but the first 2!

They were test models & I didn't want to send them out.

Here are a few on my counter where I display in the corner.

Easter? LOL

Well friends I have been away from home for weeks

with son's hockey team, more on that later! 

I wanted to share some of my Easter creations 

that didn't make it onto my blog - better late than never I say! lol 

 I had seen these super cute eggs on pinterest an had to make some - 

I added them to my egg cups and to a display on the piano.

 Og course I made some Bunny Gnomes. 

I preferred the first batch but have no pictures of them,

 as they were sold as fast as I could make them.

 I loved these eggs - 

They also were sold as fast as I could make them.

The carrots were make with bags of rice spun in yarn.

 I dyed beads in pastels and painted the egg to match.

I loved these strands, and by Easter I did not have one of my own!

I friend asked if I would make peeps for her Rae Dunn Peeps mug, 

so of course there was an army of them@ lol

I know I have a better photo of it - but couldn't find it anywhere!

May PaperCraft Business Challenge!

Hello friends & welcome back to a new challenge

at Papercraft Business Challenge! 

May is the month for Mother's Day!

Mother's come into our lives to guide, help & love us,

that being said, we adopt a few through out our lives.

Garett lives with an amazing family this hockey season & 

Mona is one mom that he will not soon forget.

This project was made for her.

 I started out with a small blank album.

It came with inserts, but a friend needed them so 

I inherited the empty binder.

 I paired the teal spine with 2 separate Echo Parl Family lines.

 I tried to load it with different pages.

 Most pages have Crystal effects added to give interest!

 This page folds out to show a tag and photo.

 I really try to co-ordinate the left & right sides.

I think it makes the book flow better.

I like to have a page that will hold several photos, 

and I feel like there should always be a place to tell the story.

The wood panel is a flap that lifts .

 This is the one time I do use up alot of stickers which I normally never use.

It allows me to pair with the chipboard and use most of the kit.

 As you can see I try to use flip pages to use the 12x12 paper 

and get more pictures in the album.

A pocket page is nice so you can add something special if
you have memorabilia or extra photos.  I have added cards for journaling.

 I use small journaling cards on cardstock as small page inserts.

 Here I added a journal card as a flip us on a page to create a different flip.

 I lobe this little string of photos, I covered all the hearts with Crystal Effects.

 I added a chipboard tree over the tree on this journal card to add interest and dimension.

A smaller pocket page for more journaliung cards.

The back cover has one last journal card that flips up with a 

thank you message from our family.
