Was up & put of the house early today driving
Garett & his buddy to Hockey in the -27 ( feels like -40) weather
I figured an act of great parents deserved a trip to Michael's on the way home
Good rational, lol
Picked up some ... well a few things ...
First I grabbed a few Christmas cards that can be altered for next year at 50 cents a pack
Second as i was milling around the scrapbook products -
Something in the isle caught my eye ....
5 Lifestyle Dies by QuickKutz for $12
They were all packed together - the only one I wanted &
didn't get was an alarm clock but it was packed with others I had in my bin
But I did get to use my 50% coupon on it -
so maybe I will grab the stack for $6...
I can always give the doubles away
I picked up 2 pkg of ready to go cards & 2 pkg of treat bags
I love having things like this handy for quick gifts
Next one is blurry sorry -
7 gypsies file tags for 2.99
and a cute pack of white trim for the 1.50 bins
I wanted some mosge podge for a really cool canvas I pinned recently -
hoping to do in a week or 2 - picked these up for 6.99 for both - 1 matt 1 glossey
I have a thing for skeleton keys
and beleive it or not these were 50 cents for 2
they were in the Christmas section
I think they are going to be amazing on a valentine
Then I grabbed a few Christmas Washi tapes ON SALE of course
and a 3 pack of Valentine that was not ...
Will now need to talk to Tracy L for storage solutions for them ....
Lastly i picked this up for 50% off
It is shallower than most storage & is meant for table top ...
Wish they had two.
Top bucket comes out for an extra shelf
& markers / pens can be used on the go
Thats was my hull
On to my day ...
When I got home I made my little monster eggs
he ate them up with the promise of an Alien Autopsy after
For Christmas I found him a Dr Dreadful candy maker.
They made these when my 15 yr old was younger ...
