Hello Everyone,
as i mentioned last month I am Proud to be a
Design Team Member at
Papercraft Business Challenge.

This month's Challenge is Anything Goes
with the option of Mother's Day.
Please visit them here: Papercraft Challenge
to play along & be entered to win a great
Lawn Fawn Prize!

With it being my first Month I could not decide
what I wanted to create, so I went all out!!

My first set of three cards are all Lawn Fawn Pop-Up box cards.
The sentiments are the Happy Happy Happy stamp set.
The Animals are from mom & me, and Dad & me, and smore fun.

The second set of cards are have the Lawn Fawn Happy Mother's Day
Die sentiment.  I used My Favorite Thing Birthday Bear stamp &
Lawn Fawn Baked with Love.

The owl set is just too dang cute.
I will have more blog posts this week with several
pictures of each of these cards and other cards I completed
to go along with this challenge.
 I adore the fox card.
It is my fave box card set -
check back this week to see how it comes
out of the envelope.
I make sure that the animal fit together
well in the flat state.

This was my first time colouring up the Baked with love set.
It will most positively wont be the last.
My favorite part of this card is the
icing bag is piping out the sentiment.

This card I adore because Mother's Day
makes me think of flowers and soft colours.

I adore this card because it remind me of me and  my little ones.
They were always on my knee &
and were all very cuddly.
After all moms are for snuggling.

So once you get your Mothers card made,
share it with us at Papercraft Business Challenge,
or any of your other creations this month.

Mother's Day Card Creation.

Hello all asn thansk for stopping today.
I have been creating Mother's Day cards that
I will be sharing with you over the next bit.

I wanted to Share this creation first as it is not my
usual style but is inspired by Lisa @ A Mermaid's Crafts.
Her blog is a must to visit.

With this being my first attempt,
I noticed changes I would make right away- But
it is a learning process ....

I need to make my bow larger,
it was so easy & fun to make with
a bow maker from Lisa's Etsy Store,
You guys serious need to check it out!

I tried to have as many layers as her cards,
but feel like i need to plan them a bit better.

I will be back in a few days with attempt 2!!

Here are the challenges that I would like to enter this card into -

A Clean Craft Room !?!

Hello all it has been years since I shared
my craft room with all of you.

I cleaned it up today and took some photos
to share with a FB group I am on,
& thought I would share with you!

So here is a tour of my space:
the first photo is a panoramic shot

Here is one side of my room

This is the view of the room when you walk in the door.
which is opposite the first photo.

This is the end of my desk.

This is my magazine rack and Stamp organizer
that are at the end of my desk.

This is a shot of whats above my desk,
I always like to see what everyone stores on their desk.

This is the inside of my Big wardrobes.
The left one from top to bottom is  Empty albums all sizes & snap binders
paper pads , paper kits, 6x6 paper pads in bin and seasonal totes.

The right one from top to bottom is candles & Bath & Body diffuser refills,
bins are all labels for sewing, thread, elastic, lace, trim, bags,
tissue paper, wire, decorative elements,  adhesive, etc.
The forth shelf has 2 bins of cards & chipboard albums,
bottom is ribbon, curling ribbon, crafts, serger thread,
light box & container of wrapping paper.
This works for me because everything is clearly marked.
even the paper kits are marked
and divided by these &/or manufacture.

Beside my cupboards I have a small
card catalog, chipboard albums and flowers,
Above is 2 shelves of decor.
The Curtains match my winnow curtains &
function as a closet door but better cause I can open them all the way!

The wall beside the door is a table
my mom got me that hold my typewriter & big kick.
The Making memories shelf is always full and
the contents change here & there over the years.
I need to make more of an effort to use these items.
Below the table are my Tim Holtz dies in 2 separate bins,
a bin of TH Products that need a better home & a
bin of producer that I took off of my clip it up & need to use or purge!

These two are usually napping under the desk in a crate
or playing behind my chair,
(like right now they are fighting over a toy!).

These close up photos are for my friend Tracy -
she loves close up of my desk,
we both love to organize and are always looking for ways to improve!

The shelf is making memories,
the copics are in a silverware holder on its side.

The above drawers were pretty self explanatory, if you have questions , let me know!!

This is in the corner of my desk.
It holds ric rac, trim, October Afternoon paints,
Tim Holtz paints, my mist sprays,
and my Tim Holtz jars with off & ends of twine.
I have a large twine collection I will be
sharing in a post later when I tour my drawers~

I hope you enjoyed my tour,
if you have any tips or tricks with storage please share!!
If you have a link to your Space tour, please give me a link,
or send me photos -
I would love to see your hide away!!

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Birthday Card ~ Hockey Theme

Hello all -
hope you all are having an amazing Sunday ,
here is a birthday card that I made for a friends son.

He is a hockey player and a Pittsburgh Penguins fan.

I used my Lawn Fawn Say Cheese die to
make a Polaroid frame fro my hockey player.

I used a sketch as a base for my card

I used Spellbinders die for the sentiment.
The stars are from the Tim Holtz  Sizzix die.
I added sequins and twine to add dimension.

I like to have the inside decorated & I added
some fun to the front of the envelope because
it won't be put in the mail.

The stamp was one I picked up at Michael's in the $1.50 bin.
I put Wink of Stella on the stars,
and a bit of white glaze pen for the ice marks.

You can play along with the sketch at

Weekly Christmas Card

A day late but my weekly
Christmas Card is done & ready
for you all to see.

Here is my Little Cute Christmas Card ...
I used my Lawn Fawn Shadow box cards die to
make a card that is 3D so I could participate in

By using the Box Card it also qualifies for
Little Red Wagon Challenge, Cards of unusual Size.

I used the Lawn Fawn Stamp set Here we go a Waddling,

My little singing penguins have a
small banner above their head,
it is attached with a heavy acetate
which is recycled from the top of a muffin container.
Which means the card also fits in with
Jingle Belles, where the challenge is to used recycles material.

I used the Stampin up embossing folder to make
background white cardstock  look light
falling snow.

I used crystal effects to bling up the lamp post.
The hat trims are stickles to add a little pizzazz.
I used a blue cardstock base as so much of winter is blue.
This is the challenge over at Daring Cardmakers.

The back of the card is pretty simple
with the sentiment and another little penguin.

Here is the card front again.

To recap I used
